We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund. We want your cycling experience to be the best it can be and we strongly believe in preserving a relationship with our customers to better serve the cycling community. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our true desire to get to know you. Sometimes, customers get the wrong item or change their mind. It's cool, just follow the guidelines for returning merchandise in the Returns section listed below and we will do our best to get you back on two wheels (or three if that's your thing).
Orders made on-line for in-store pickup will be ready after 3:00 pm the following business day. We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 7 days or a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Need an item shipped to you? We can do that. While we normally only allow in-store pickup for items, on occasion we can ship your items to you. The exception to this would be bikes and other items that it would be a violation of our dealer agreement to ship those items. Items such as these need to be purchased in store. For questions regarding in-store pickup or shipping please contact us and we would be happy to help in any way we can.
In an effort to make returns and exchanges hassle-free, please follow the return guidelines below for the following items:
You may return your bicycle purchase to the store within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund (minus a 15% restocking fee). The bike must be unused (free of nicks, scratches, dents, dings or any other blemish that would prevent the bike from being sold as new), clean, and have all paperwork received at the time of purchase (receipt, owner's manual, etc). You may exchange the bike for another bike and/or merchandise with a credit for the full purchase price of the originally purchased bike. All bicycle refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any bicycle returns past 14 days from the time of purchase will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be refunded in the same way it was paid.
BICYCLE PARTS, CLOTHING, AND ACCESSORIES
You may return any bicycle parts or accessories within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned must be returned in original packaging or with original tags attached, unused. You may choose to exchange your returned items for other merchandise or receive a full refund. There are no refunds or exchanges for socks or undergarments. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be refunded in the same way it was paid.
TOOLS, BOOKS, AND MAGAZINES
There are no refunds or exchanges for these items.
In addition to the return policies listed above we will accept returns on shipped merchandise with the following conditions. Unless Round Trip Bike Shop sent you the wrong item, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any damaged items must be resolved with the shipping company prior to refunds or replacements being issued. Merchandise returned that appears used will be returned at your expense (you will have to pay shipping to get your item back).

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
